"I am not educated nor am I an expert in any particular field, but I am sincere and that is credential." Malcolm X
One of my most favorite mottos I live by.
Humility is being natural and unassuming.
Integrity is when your actions and words are in congruence.
Sincerity is honesty, kindness and mindfulness.
Sincerity is what I most admire.
One of my most favorite mottos I live by.
In Memory of a Leader:
Malcolm X was considered
aggressive and some might even call him resentful, especially towards the white majority in his early political career. However, his testimony influenced so many people to desire and struggle for a change, for a more, equal, just and humane existence.
One cannot be practical
when trying to reach a mission that has never been attained before, and one
cannot be dogmatic without thwarting creativity. To be creative means being different, innovative and
dangerous sometimes, for it transcends the normal boundaries that we so often limit
ourselves to. To be assertive is to be able to defend oneself and one’s ideals
in the face of opposition. Malcolm X showed me that creativity and assertiveness go hand in hand. He showed me that to be angry is okay, so long as it propels you to act and bring about positive change. His thinking made him a target. He received his greatest compliment February 21, 1965.
R.I.P. Malcolm X
Be true to yourself. Be truthful to those you care for. For in the end, all you have is your word. To compromise that, is to compromise all good things.
For we are not, like so many, peddlers of God's word, but as men of sincerity, as commissioned by God, in the sight of God we speak in Christ. 2 Corinthians 2:17
